Joelle Michaud
PhD in Medical Biology with over 20 years of experience across academic research, clinical diagnostics, and biotechnology innovation. After more than a decade in biomedical research, I served for 12 years as Scientific and Operational Director of a medical diagnostic laboratory specialised in preventive genetics, and pharmacogenetics.
My expertise spans laboratory strategy, translational genetics, and the implementation of robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) in regulated environments. I also work closely with biotechnology startups to design and implement quality systems that support innovation while meeting regulatory and operational requirements.
Through my consulting activity, I support research institutions, diagnostic laboratories, and biotech companies in strengthening scientific excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Frédéric Schütz
PhD in Biostatistics with extensive experience in statistical modeling, genomic data analysis, and the interpretation of complex biomedical datasets. My work focuses on transforming large-scale biological and clinical data into clear, reliable insights that support research, innovation, and evidence-based decision-making.
In addition to advanced biostatistical expertise, I specialise in data visualisation and scientific communication, helping translate complex results into compelling and accessible narratives for diverse audiences. With a strong interest in journalism and knowledge dissemination, I bridge the gap between rigorous analysis and impactful communication.
Through my consulting activity, I support academic institutions, research networks, and biotechnology companies in statistical strategy, data interpretation, and the clear communication of scientific findings.
